What is a major problem for graduating Biola students?

For my Leadership and Change class we were given a project that was to identify a problem and through theses five steps (Discovery, Interpretation, Ideation, Experimentation, and Evolution) come up with a solution. We found this to be very helpful to ourselves and to understand the culture of our generation (specifically at Biola) better. The link above is to the presentation portion of our project.
